ok question do we have to send in each record buck we get?
I know hot to send the trophy file but what about the screenshot isn't that with all the info where it shows the pic

No, only the biggest. Go into your trophy room, select the trophy you are sending and press the F-10 key on your keyboard. Navigate to your Game\ screenshots folder and you will find a picture of your trophy. Just email it along with your dht file.
